The Springfield Group are looking to recruit Fencers to join our busy Construction team. These full-time positions will work across our developments in Moray and the Highlands.
About the Role
The successful candidates will play key roles in delivering high-quality homes in line with our construction programmes. Working alongside our experienced Fencers you will be required to assist with fencing duties including moving materials, hand digging, fence construction and installation. You will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8.00am to 3.30pm.
About You

• Ideally you will have previous experience in construction, but we also welcome candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry.
• A strong work ethic and adaptability to various site environments.
• A strong team player, able to work collaboratively with the wider construction team, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution.
• Perform physical, manual work as required and in compliance with Springfield Group build policy and procedures.
• Committed to quality and safety: a keen eye for detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and in line with health and safety processes.
• A CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
