Axitan Research UK Limited is seeking a skilled Fermentation Engineer to join our team. As a leader in industrial biotechnology focused on innovative animal feed additive solutions, we offer an exciting opportunity to work with large scale fermentation processes while supporting our global Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) partners.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience in fermentation or bioreactor operations

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to author clear, comprehensive SOPs and technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
• Experience working with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) preferred
• Technology transfer and scale-up experience highly valued
