We foster a culture that promotes the safety of our employees, contractors, and communities.Responsibilities - Develop the local fertigation strategy specific for Mexico for the next 3-5 years defining key aspects (Channels, Crops, Regions, Structure, Agronomic & marketing priorities, etc.), key milestones and steps.  - Implement local Fertigation strategy in full collaboration and aligment with the Commercial and Business Development teams and deliver sales targets for YaraRega and YaraTera. - Guarantee the continuity and development of existing fertigation business with key accounts. - Responsible to coordinate the team of Fertigation Developers/Specialists that will report to Sales Managers and will have a dotted line to him. This team will do the fieldwork in order to develop Fertigation strategy and sales on the field - Develop specific local knowledge on Fertigation for the MX market in order to assess options and opportunities for Yara in the market on the short and long run. - Interact/collaborate with LATAM and Central Fertigation team in order to get support (trainings, field support, marketing & agronomy support, etc.) in fully deploying  Fertigation  strategies - Analysing and forecasting market fundamentals and trends to identify opportunities for YaraProfile - Agronomic Engineer/Specialty in Nutrition and fertigation is a plus- MBA or Business related MS degree in business/economics is a plus- Capability to develop from scratch a sound strategy for  Fertigation  in Mexico- Strong focus on implementation of strategy in order to develop a new segement of business in the market- Fluent in Spanish and English- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the agri industry, with focus on fertigation.- People management and coordination- Capable to engage with global team and senior management-Commercial knowledge on Fertilizer market and distribution-Familiar with presentation and public speakingCapability to build new things (Business, team) from scratch and taking care of all the relevant aspects (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Logistic, etc.)-Skilled to develop external client management relationships and manage them relationships effectively-Able to travel 60-70% of timeAdditional Information Contact details Brenda SalazarPeople & Culture Analystbrenda.salazar@yara.comApply no later than Knowledge grows through differences Yara is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
