RMA of Michigan is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Procedure Room team. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical skills, particularly in IV access and procedural care, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a fertility setting. Key Responsibilities * Obtain and monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after procedures Perform and manage IV starts and maintain IV access (IV start proficiencystrongly preferred) * Provide post-anesthesia (PACU) recovery care and monitor patients following sedation * Conduct nursing assessments and complete accurate documentation * Prepare and review discharge instructions and paperwork with patients * Educate patients on post-procedure care, recovery expectations, and medication instructions Schedule & Availability * Part-time role (20–25 hours per week) * Morning availability required * Flexibility required; occasional weekends and holidays may be needed Qualifications * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan * 2-3 years of experience in a procedure room, surgical, PACU, or fertility setting preferred * Strong IV insertion skills highly preferred * Excellent communication and patient education skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment RMA is an equal opportunity employer.
