In this role, the Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager will: * Work closely with physicians and staff to provide exceptional, compassionate patient care * Coordinate all aspects of patient care through evaluation, OI/IUI, IVF, and early pregnancy * Collaborate with Third Party Reproduction Coordinators for cases where a donor or gestational carrier/surrogate is needed * Collaborate with financial coordinators, insurance companies, pharmacies, physicians, staff, and others as necessary to coordinate patient’s complete care and service * Perform phlebotomy and process/send out labs as needed * Perform procedures within the RN scope of practice and company policies * Assist with other office duties as needed What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include: * Registered Nurse with current Illinois license in good standing; BSN preferred * Experience in 1-2 years in ambulatory care is a major plus * Experience in infertility nursing preferred but not required * Excellent work ethics and ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent time-management, customer service, and critical-thinking skills * Ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment with a high patient volume, while maintaining What We Offer US Fertility is proud to provide a competitive, comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members—professionally and personally—across all employment types. Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of patient care including evaluation, IVF, and early pregnancy while collaborating with physicians and third-party reproduction coordinators. Perform clinical duties such as phlebotomy and lab processing within the RN scope of practice.
