Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois in River North Chicago, Illinois. * Schedule: The schedule will vary as needed; weekday and weekend availability * Compensation: $33 to $36 per hour (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager will: * Work closely with physicians and staff to provide exceptional, compassionate patient care * Coordinate all aspects of patient care through evaluation, OI/IUI, IVF, and early pregnancy * Collaborate with Third Party Reproduction Coordinators for cases where a donor or gestational carrier/surrogate is needed * Collaborate with financial coordinators, insurance companies, pharmacies, physicians, staff, and others as necessary to coordinate patient’s complete care and service * Perform phlebotomy and process/send out labs as needed * Perform procedures within the RN scope of practice and company policies * Assist with other office duties as needed What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
