In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator for Urology will: * Assist with the coordination, case management, and procedure scheduling for male patients * Manage post-op calls and any clinical calls via triage line * Provide patient/couple counseling * Educate patients on procedures  * Coordinate in cycle male procedures that correspond with female IVF cycles, as well as setting up outside procedures * Schedule treatment/testing after initial and follow up visits * Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols * Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
