We're on the search for a Festival Commercial Operations Manager to join our California-based team. The Festival Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and growing our presence across major music festivals nationwide. This is a sales-driven, relationship-focused role that combines business development, brand strategy, and event execution. Responsible for driving revenue through product distribution, partnership development, and premium on-site activations, the Festival Commercial Operations Manager is a dynamic operator who can turn relationships into results — someone who understands how to merge brand impact with commercial outcomes. The Deets: Festival Strategy & Leadership Leads all on-site aspects of GHOST festival commercial strategy — from ensuring all deliverables and standards have been met, sales programs, staff education, and identifying opportunities to drive incremental sales volume and consumer reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with festival organizers, concessionaires, and key decision-makers. Secure and manage festival contracts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budget targets. Identify and develop new revenue-generating opportunities within the live event ecosystem. Track performance metrics and report on sales impact, ROI, and distribution growth. Execution Excellence Enhance and execute GHOST’s national festival commercial strategy, integrating both sales and brand marketing objectives. Collaborate on all sales planning, logistics, and on-site execution for all festivals and partnered satellite events, ensuring a consistent and impactful GHOST’s presence. Manage third-party production partners and vendors to maintain premium standards of brand representation. Oversee staffing, training, and on-site performance to ensure flawless execution and strong sales performance. Implement best practices for inventory management and concession sales. Lead event recaps and performance reviews to inform future strategy and partnership development. Develop, track, and manage festival budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strong ROI. Maintain compliance with all operational and promotional guidelines. 5+ years of experience in festival sales, beverage distribution or operations, or brand partnerships within live events. Proven track record of delivering sales growth. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills Experience managing budgets, contracts, and third-party vendors. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously. Willingness to travel extensively during festival seasons (20%).
