POSITION OVERVIEW

The Festival Coordinator, Utah Office is charged with coordinating our Park City, UT office coverage, processes, and functions. Additionally, this role will provide project support to the Office Administration and Human Resources teams.
Working closely under the direction of the Manager, Administration this position will act as an efficient representative and first point of contact for the Sundance Institute. The Festival Coordinator is knowledgeable of all Sundance Institute programs and activities, provides support to all internal departments, and addresses patron Festival questions.
This seasonal position works full time from Monday, October 20, 2025 through Friday, March 6, 2026 and will be required to work extended hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet key deadlines and respond to on-call needs as assigned. This is a fully onsite position based out of our Park City, UT office.

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING DIRECT OR TRANSFERABLE SKILL SETS:

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording, tracking, and issuing information.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to move up to 30 lbs.
