Your Role: As part of our festival stock crew, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes keeping the bars running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: 📦 Moving and distributing stock across the event site 💪 Handling heavy lifting, including kegs, crates, and supplies 🔄 Restocking bars efficiently to keep service running without delays 🧼 Keeping stock areas clean, organised, and safe ⏱️ Working long, active shifts in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Who we are looking for: We’re looking for people who are: ✔️ Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting ✔️ Reliable and hardworking ✔️ Able to stay motivated during long, busy shifts ✔️ Team players who communicate well and support others ✔️ Ready to be part of an exciting festival atmosphere Mint People is acting as an employment business.
