Description Festoon Assembler • $19-$20/hour • Direct Hire About This Opportunity Seeking Festoon Assemblers to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-directed, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing high-quality work. Team members should be comfortable solving problems and working collaboratively in a team-based environment. Assignment Details Pay: $19-$20/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM- 1:30 PM Assignment Type: Direct Hire Pre Employment Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Client Interview Required Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly of structural and electrical components Complete electrical installations according to wiring specifications Operate tools such as drills, impacts, grinders, and other hand tools Connect color-coded wiring systems Review diagrams and production orders, escalating discrepancies as needed Collaborate with engineering and sales regarding design or production issues Ensure accuracy of product specifications and final output quality Communicate corrections to maintain consistency in future production Support and maintain quality systems and company policies Follow 5S initiatives and safety standards Perform additional duties as assigned Equipment, Tools, or Systems Used Forklifts and warehouse equipment Work Environment and Dress Code Exposure to moving mechanical parts Occasional exposure to fumes, humidity, and airborne particles Moderate noise level Requirements 1 to 3 years of assembly experience preferred Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read blueprints is a plus Ability to use measurement devices Must be able to obtain in-house forklift and overhead crane certification Ability to safely operate equipment per company standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and use hands regularly Frequent reaching, lifting, and handling of materials Ability to lift and move heavy items Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching Must have adequate vision including depth perception and color vision Compensation & Benefits Competitive starting wage Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) plan Paid vacation, personal time, and holidays Profit sharing Tuition reimbursement program How to Apply Website www.jobsourceusa.com Phone 402-331-4905 Walk-In Interviews Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Office Job Source USA, Inc.• 8406 Park Drive, Omaha, NE 68127 • 1 block south of Q Street on 84th Street Se Habla Español.
