Vernon, NY Hours: Fee-For-Service Salary: $40 (LMSW/LCAT) to $50 (LCSW/LMFT) OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: We provide individual clinical services and support to a variety of individuals including adolescents, adults, and families from all walks of life which are experiencing life stressors or behavioral challenges through Evidenced Based Clinical Practices. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Fee for Service Therapist will be required to attend 1group supervisions monthly to maintain this position and this required time will be compensated equal to 1 unit of service. FFS Therapist will be expected to respond timely to communication sent by the agency, including clinical staff and collaborating departments such as Care Management, and external service providers such as DSS. FFS Therapist will be expected to complete all agency required documentation within established time frames. FFS Therapist will be expected to adhere to all clinic workflows and protocols outlined and reviewed during the training/onboarding and as summarized in the “New Therapist Training Schedule.” ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: N/A QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES: The ideal candidate will possess the following: Computer skills and experience working with electronic medical records Significant substance use disorder experience and/ or CASAC is a plus Perform other duties as assigned Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is a plus EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: LMSW/LMHC/LCSW/LMFT required; Limited permit accepted Master’s Degree in Social Work Experience working with adolescents and families and be comfortable in both individual and group settings PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to perform the job's essential functions successfully.
