Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Direct, train, and develop employees Assist supervisor and or Manager – Act as supervisor when supervisor is not present Communicate assignments effectively-written and verbal Set-up productions runs Make decisions in line with positions responsibilities as well as aligning with Production demand Ensure clear communication and effective hand-over from one shift to the next Additional Responsibilities Conduct Root Cause analysis tied to accidents/incidents Communicate effectively with shift supervisor regarding all disciplinary action Effectively delegate work assignments Conduct employee meetings Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards Organization Reports to: Supervisor Interactions All functional areas of Production Qualifications: Work Experience and Education High school diploma or equivalent level of education 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred If possible, must be able to read, write, and speak English. Responsibilities

The Shift Lead is responsible for directing and training production employees while ensuring effective communication and hand-overs between shifts. They also conduct root cause analysis for incidents and manage disciplinary actions in alignment with production demands.
