Red Recruitment is looking for a FI & Directors’ and Officers’ Claims Team Leader to join their client’s Commercial Claims Team.
As the FI Claims Handling Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of claims handlers, ensuring that cases are managed efficiently, fairly, and with the highest standards of customer service. You’ll provide guidance, support, and development to your team, while also acting as a point of escalation for complex claims.
You will be able to work from home frequently with travel to the Taunton, Bristol or London office as and when required.
You should have experience in FI claims to be considered for this role.
