Description

Mission As the FP&A Financial Analyst for APAC region, you will prepare, analyze and review financial statements using accounting principles across countries . Your role involves delivering insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making, partnering with business teams to streamline processes, and driving productivity through automation. In this position, you will also work closely with other departments within the Finance organization, particularly the accounting team, to ensure seamless collaboration, alignment of financial data, and compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures. This collaboration is vital for maintaining data integrity, optimizing reporting processes, and fostering a cohesive approach to financial management across the region. Responsabilities Financial Reporting and Analysis Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and working capital summaries. Control on Captial Spend Perform monthly closing procedures ensuring accurate and reliable financial data. Knowledge and clear understanding on Standard Costing coming from SAP, FICO module. Analyze financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies. Conduct variance analysis and reconciliation of key accounts, including sales and cost data by country and business segment. Provide inventory analytics and reporting to support business insights. Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Tracking Support the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, aligning cost trends with business needs. Track actual expenses against budgets, analyze cost variances, and recommend corrective actions. Monitor and report on key financial metrics including costs, sales, and cash flow to drive performance improvements. Financial Process Optimization Identify and implement initiatives to optimize financial processes and reporting accuracy. Ensure consistency and quality of data across systems and reports. Develop and maintain automated reporting tools and dashboards to enhance productivity and visibility. Leverage expertise in FP&A modeling, reporting, and databases to improve efficiency and support decision-making. Support financial systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud) and participate in enhancement initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts including process optimization aligned with company standards. Cross-functional Business Support Promote financial understanding and provide insights to non-finance stakeholders (Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) to support business decisions. Collaborate with operational teams to align financial planning with organizational goals. Requirements ICWA, CA or MBA if preferred. 3- 5 years of experience in financial controlling (based in plant is preferrable, but not compulsory). Proficiency in SAP FICO module, Oracle, Power BI and advanced Excel/Microsoft tools is a must Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting, and controlling standards Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a passion for data accuracy Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones. Self-driven, curious and solution-oriented Fluency in English (written and verbal) Experience in project business controlling is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills
