Description

Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee financial operations at the Head Office level * Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports * Support variance analysis processes * Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies * Handle and coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely audit closure * Drive audit readiness and address audit observations effectively * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures * Support business planning and strategic initiatives through financial insights * Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting * Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities * Drive process improvements and automation in finance functions * Able to work with Shared Services Profile/Competencies: * Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA or equivalent qualification * Experience: 10 Plus years of relevant experience in finance and accounting * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance * Mandatory experience in SAP (FICO module preferred) * Prior experience in handling audits and working with auditors is essential * Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI (good to have)
