• Perform fiberglass repairs, including layup, lamination, and finishing.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers.
• Mix and apply fiberglass materials according to specifications.
• Execute high-quality painting and refinishing work on yacht exteriors and interiors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
