Position Summary: EnterSource is seeking motivated, entry-level Fiber Installers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks for residential and business customers. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors and at heights, including ladders and poles Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends Must be willing to travel within the United States Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in construction, telecommunications, or related field is a plus Familiarity with hand tools and basic electrical knowledge Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a pre-employment screen, including a drug test and an acceptable driving record.
