Are you looking to be a part of the excitement of our growing team? Our team is seeking a Fiber & Wireless Service Technician to support business operations. If you are hard working and have a passion for problem solving and delivering a high level of customer service, this opportunity may be for you. This is a Tuesday - Saturday work schedule. Key Responsibilities: Perform fiber optic cable splicing and repairs in outdoor environments. Deliver and maintain wireless services for customers, including aligning internet dishes and wireless receivers Work at various heights, including roofs, poles, and ladders. Knowledge of and maintaining splicing schematics and spreadsheets Record accurate splicing and field notes to support service timelines. Provide an exceptional experience to customers by being friendly, patient, and efficient. Troubleshoot and resolve customer connection issues. Service drops from terminals and ensure reliable fiber delivery to businesses. Build plant construction and decommissioning of old plant Ability to handle service repairs independently Service and repair VOIP for both residential and business customers. Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction goals.
