SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Comfortable with presenting to the General Public, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm
• Maintain good contact with venues such as a Coop or local council
• Maintain and ensure that the venue vehicle is presentable
• Generate leads and pipeline to achieve company targets
• Approach customers with enthusiasm and positivity
• Resilient and tenacious attitude
• Outgoing fun personality with the ability to work individually and part of a team
• Source and organise ad hoc events which may benefit the business
• The mental attitude to turn a bad day around
• Be able to motivate and support others

• Collaborate with marketing for POS, social media and specific event based incentives
• Available for core hours between Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 am until 9:00 pm
• Successful background in meeting and/or exceeding sales KPI’s
• Able to be patient and remain focussed and composed even with challenging customers
• Proficient using MS Office (word, excel, power point) and experience of using CRM systems would be an advantage
• Able to undertake any travel in connection with the post
• You have a clean driving licence and own (or have access to) a reliable car that you could use to travel to your sales area

Lila Connect are looking for a Fibre Broadband Advisor to join our Venue Based Team to help us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition targets for Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas. Most of your work will be field-based, out in the community – contacting residents in the areas we have connected to our full fibre broadband network. Your job is to convince prospective residential customers to subscribe and join our growing customer base. We’re looking for an all-round sales superstar. Someone who is professional, confident, skilled, flexible, and totally focussed on helping customers find a better broadband solution.
