If you have hands-on experience with the BT Openreach network, or hold the key industry accreditations such as SA001, SA002, and NRSWA, this is the opportunity for you to bring your expertise to a forward-thinking company that values quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
As an FTTP Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-speed broadband to homes and businesses across the region. • Installing and Maintaining FTTP Networks: Carry out fibre optic installations, terminations, and fault finding, ensuring that service delivery is seamless and meets industry standards.
• Working on the BT Openreach Network: If you’ve previously worked on this network, you’ll use your experience to manage and maintain high-quality, secure connections that keep customers connected.
• Ensuring Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth, timely delivery of all FTTP projects.
• Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Ensure clients receive excellent service, providing technical support and guidance when needed.
