Solutions30 are recruiting for a Fibre Supervisor to work across our FTTH/FTTX projects across the UK. The successful applicant shall have at least five years’ experience working as a Fibre Supervisor, managing construction and cabling projects across an end-to-end lifecycle.

You will be familiar with real-time reporting, submitting weekly reports, managing stock levels, ordering materials, and submitting measures for payment. You will have experience of managing staff in a modern way, building teams, and identifying training requirements.

• Planning works from survey, test rod and rope, network construction and cabling
• Liaising with local councils relating to noticing/permitting applications
• Planning works alongside our sub-contractors to ensure construction and engineering works do not overrun
• Managing a teams of box builders, cablers and splicers, admin, NRSWA co-ordinators, Quantity Surveyors, Store Assistant amongst others
• Ensuring as-built information is collated and is in line with the client’s requirements
• Ensure weekly walk offs are done with the sub-contractor to identify accurate measures for payment
