Description
The timely, consistent and effective negotiation, review, and drafting of master agreements (using both English and New York law) upon request from the Business Unit to help facilitate their business. Keeping work in progress records up to date. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $150,000 per year for Associate, and between $140,000 and $250,000 per year for Vice President, at the commencement of employment.
