Description
Quantitative bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (Finance/ Maths /Economics or Engineering). Expert knowledge of Fixed Income products with a specialisation in Interest rates, and a thorough understanding of options theory/structured products. Knowledge of G4/G10 Rates products including Structured Notes, Index Futures, and Exotic Options is highly advantageous. Demonstrated ability of writing comprehensive trading colour and making presentations on trading ideas and strategies based on different drivers (Volatility, Directional, etc.) Strong work ethic and daily discipline to make consistent markets for clients and daily information flow across global trading desks. Proven experience of building models for trading and risk management. Previous experience with language models/machine learning. Excellent networker who is comfortable liaising with clients, sales, traders. Strong people management skills, dealing with infrastructure partners and experience of building trading systems and analytics. This role is deemed as a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
