Description
Drive the development, optimization, and monitoring of bond-trading algorithms using machine learning and quantitative methods. Analyze and track profit and loss (P&L) to identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce risk. Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards and web-based tools to visualize trading activity, financial exposure, and portfolio performance in real time. Collaborate directly with traders to transform data-driven insights into actionable trading strategies. Work on hedging frameworks, portfolio composition, and strategy evaluation using large-scale market and transaction data. Continuously test hypotheses, measure outcomes, and iterate toward higher alpha and efficiency. Expected base pay rates for the role will be $150,000 to $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
