In this role, you will: Provide tax, accounting, and advisory functions (Generation Skipping Transfer Tax, Review of Trust accounts, Missing cost basis, foreign returns {France, Israel, Canada}, W8/W9, and other.) Review financial data and prior tax returns to identify assets, planning opportunities, and prior tax issues Prepare complete analysis of estate planning documents Develop a comprehensive tax plan for each account Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development Coordinate and participate in tax audits with the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities Perform as a liaison to attorneys and accountants on complex tax issues Apply extensive specialized knowledge to clients unique situations Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Fiduciary Tax experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Basic to intermediate knowledge of US taxation (minimum requirement) Ability to manage and prioritize multiple processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in high-pressure situations Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work with US and I&P (International & Private Banking) teammates, including willingness to learn and adapt in a global environment 2+ years of experience reviewing and interpreting governing and legal documents related to trust accounts Familiarity with IRS Forms 1040, 1041, and 1042 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Working knowledge of SQL or Alteryx preferred Understanding of various trust types and structures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Job Expectations: Must be amenable to working a permanent night shift Must be willing to work onsite at Five/Neo Building, 31st Street, BGC, Taguig City Posting End Date: 30 Jul 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
