Job Description

As Field Account Executive in the Sales team, your main objective will be to build and maintain lasting relationships withs clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs. As a consequence, your main responsibilities will be:

  • You will be focused on proactively creating and maintaining relationships to build new business opportunities with independent retailers and small retail groups, predominantly within Ireland and also support in the UK region
  • You will leverage your prospecting techniques and resources to uncover new contacts and business opportunities within the region to drive new business
  • You will support our Key Account Strategies across the region, presenting as the key contact on the ground visiting and building relationships with retailers
  • You will forge excellent relationships with our key partners, working closely with their Business Development teams to achieve our business objectives across the region
  • You will work closely with our Product, Marketing, Business Admin, Project Management and Customer Success teams in an end-to-end, Customer First approach throughout the sales cycle
  • Presenting value and return on investment as part of you clients digital transformation journey with Vusion
  • Assist our marketing teams in the development of business cases / communications and customer stories
  • Set up meetings with business development representatives, partners and prospects to grow your network in the region
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on our products and services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and/or conferences

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field position selling complex hardware and software solutions, preferably to the retail industry
  • Native English
  • Proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals
  • Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset
  • Ability to understand clients needs and add value
  • High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize strategic tasks
  • Full drivers licence is mandatory since the role involves travels around Ireland to meet customers.
