Your tasks:

  • Providing expert support and reliable advice to our customers, such as
  • Identification of needs with regard to products or services.
  • Presenting MTS systems and offers to customers in cooperation with colleagues.
  • Informing customers about product changes and new products.
  • Establishing promising contacts.
  • Achieving sales success with long-standing customers and new customers.
  • Ongoing market observation and evaluation, also regarding new business opportunities.
  • Passing on information about markets, customers and competition to sales, marketing and product managers with the aim of increasing market share.
  • Support in the preparation of quotations, monitoring of delivery dates.

Your qualifications:

  • Completed studies preferably in the field of mechanical engineering, alternatively you have relevant technical and successful sales experience
  • 5 years of experience in selling technical systems/solutions
  • Product knowledge in the areas of testing technology and testing methodology is desirable
  • Ideally sound knowledge in the field of materials.
  • Very good written and spoken Italian and English skills.
  • Confident handling of social media and office tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time in Italy.
  • You have a valid driver’s license.
