The LEGO Group is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to support the execution of sales strategies, engage with clients, and foster strong customer relationships. Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation and Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends and monitor competitor activities to find opportunities and threats.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare tailored proposals, lead pricing discussions, and finalize contracts in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems and regularly produce reports on sales activities, outcomes, and potential business opportunities.
  • Execution Excellence: Ensure efficient and timely execution of all sales activities through structured planning, exceptional time management, and diligent follow-up to maintain high standards in customer service and goal attainment.
