As a Field Engineer you will be servicing customers’ alarms as well as advising them on the best security and safety solution, providing class leading expertise in order to retain the accounts of customers in the cancellation process. As a Field Retentions Engineer, you will be: Dealing with escalated high-level complaints Installing and providing technical assistance and routine maintenance to Verisure security systems at our customers premises with a focus on “first time fix” solutions. Providing a detailed, informed walk-through of the Verisure Alarm system. Establish, build and manage strong long-term customer relationships Identifying reasons why the customer is thinking of leaving and establish benefits that will improve the customer experience Ensuring we are always promoting what is currently best for customer security solution in order to retain customer accounts Trouble shooting any issues and repeat false alarms that may arise. Managing stock materials and company vehicle maintenance in line with schedules.
