Description
The primary function of the job is to provide CPS and PDSS field application related activities either direct to customers or through design companies work together with sales team to achieve customer satisfaction, exceed annual sales and growth targets. CPS: Critical Power Solutions, including UPS, Battery system, Power SKID, Cooling Systems etc. PDSS: Power Distribution Systems & Services including MV/LV assembles, LV busway, Transformers etc. Deploy all prescription actions with assigned Design M&E consultants, Budgeting M&E Consultants / QS to maximize business with them. Develop attractive solutions with competitive price for GC, Sub-con and design consultant. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in response to tender specifications. a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking. b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS. c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements. d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals. e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS. Bachelor's degree, major in electrical engineering. 7+ years related experience in datacenter infrastructure industry. Significant Electrical & Mechanical Product/Services Knowledge. Know-how of Containerized system integration works in design stage would be an added advantage Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances. Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques. Ability to work well within a team. Fluent in written and spoken Japanese and English. Professionalism. Takes initiative and instils confidence in peers and sales personnel. Strong Time Management Skills. Strong Presentation/Training and Communication Skills. Strong Interpersonal Skills. Strong organization and project management skills.
