This position can be based in either Switzerland or Germany.

• Take ownership over the entire process of pre-sales and post-sales
• Work with customers to address their needs and ensure proprer product usage
• Help design better products by being the voice of the marketplace

• Pre-sales and post-sales activities for the TextileID business unit, starting with the definition of customer’s needs, defining the budget and implementing the solution.
• If needed, work with clients on adapting products to their specific needs.
• Close collaboration with sales and product development teams.
• Instalation and maintenance of the RFID reading systems, providing technical support both for reading systems and tag-related inquires; supporting the deployment of the data-driven solutions.
• Demonstrating products and occasional customer trainings. Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical questions and clients’ concerns.
• Travel on a regular basis (approximately 35% of the time) mainly within Europe and to the company’s HQ in the Canton of Ticino, Switzerland.
