Field applications engineers are technical support engineers support technical and solution to sales and marketing. This role will also be responsible for project coordination and support PM to deliver proposed solutions to customers. "Pre-Sale Support A. Review technical and prepare comparison of product with customer requirement and comment or advise suitable solution both cost and technical to customer. B. Coordinate with technical team or factory if require more technical support and product and service sale price. C. Prepare solution and present product. D. Prepare proposal, Cost sheet as proposed solution. E. Prepare and updated product specification in Thai and English for designer or customer to put in TOR. F. Prepare comparison product with our competitor, what is advantage and disadvantage of each product and train to sale. G. Prepare ICS and get approval from CGM and/or EA team as authorized level. Project Execution A. Coordinate with PM to deliver to manage project timeline as our scope of work. B. Coordinate and supervise partner to install 3rd party product and services for costinng. C. System configuration, startup system and site acceptance test (SAT) by coordinate with PM and service team or 3rd party partner. D. Coordinate with Partner and PM to prepare Shop-Drawing and As-built drawing (if need), operation manual in Thai and training document by coordinate with service team. E. Training by coordinate with PM and service team. F. Coordinate with Sale, PM and customer service team to invoice. After Sale Support A. Support service team for after sale service (if required). B. Investigate and solve the issue of product or installation (if required)." "Other Support A. Support marketing Event to be speaker of the public event, partner event, In house training etc. B. Support any technical document to apply TISI. a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related technical disciplines required "A. At least 1-3 years' experience as FAE or related UPS product fields (Preferable) B. Working experience in recruitment field is highly preferred" "A. Good command of English skills both oral and written communication. B. Strong sense of self-motivation, adaptability, and initiative D. Enthusiastic and can-do attitude E. Able to work under pressure F. Proactive and target oriented G. Able to use MS-Office tools and basic application tools, web-usage and web-based tools experience (Preferable) H. Proficient with computer hardware and software experience to be advantage. I.
