Description

What you'll do: 1. Utilize technical capabilities and interpersonal skills in working closely with Sales, Product Management and Engineering teams to develop new business and grow sales revenues via technical support and optimize product offerings through definition and introduction of new products and/or custom solutions 2. Develop and win new business via design-in (spec-in) by providing for application engineering support; 3. Develop and provide technical training and services to both internal and external customers; Lead and define technical/test content of NPD project with PM; 4. Identify and help define new offerings to meet new demands from collecting VOC (Voice of Customers), defining CCR (Critical Customer Requirements) to NPI (New 5. Product Introduction) where he/she is to act as interface and catalyst between customers, sales and R&D team; 6. Penetrate new applications and/or new customer base to grow sales via technical marketing and sales; 7. Join customer visits with sales team on routine basis; 8. Closely involve and support new product introduction projects; 9. Survey and analyze technology trend and competitive intelligence and provide initiatives and inputs for new product development; 10. Prepare marketing collaterals like sales kits, application notes, etc. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related background 2. 5 years experience in product marketing / technical support / design of Electrical Equipment and/or Components 3. Practical experience in fuse protection development and/or support is a plus 4. Sound knowledge and deep insight into application of power conversion including Drives, UPS, Wind Mill, Rectifiers, Tractions, IGBT and so on. 5. Effective in verbal and fluent in written English 6. Computer skills: MS Office, Excel, PPT 7. Analytical and presentation skills 8. Self-motivated, energetic, hard working, teamwork and interpersonal skills 9. Accept Frequent business trip
