In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead discovery with Sales, remove technical roadblocks, and help opportunities progress from the first conversation to confident adoption.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an FAE, you’re the technical front-runner in pre-sales and a trusted partner post-sale. You’ll work alongside Sales and Customer Success to understand each customer’s devices, tool chains, CI/CD setup, and compliance needs, and propose the right next steps.
You’ll assess customer environments, isolate issues, and drive them to resolution. You’ll deliver clear demos/technical presentations, keep meetings on track, and support evaluations and early adoption with right-sized success criteria and clean handoffs to post-sales/support.
