As we continue to expand our presence in the UK., we are looking for a Field Application Engineer to join our growing team. This is a highly impactful, customer-facing role at the intersection of technical expertise, customer success, and sales support. Job Description Deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and onboarding for dealers and integration partners Support field deployments, including pilot programs and high-profile installations Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Reconeyez’s cloud platform and third-party systems Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware connectivity, and software Act as a technical escalation point and coordinate with internal teams Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities and customer presentations Provide hands-on support when required while guiding partners Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering Maintain documentation in Pipedrive and Atlassian tools Travel extensively (~50%) across the UK.
