QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ph.D. degree in Cell Biology, Immunology, or other biological sciences.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
  • Prefer product management and business development experience.
  • Strong understanding of antibody, protein, ELISA and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and industry events.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Application Scientist (FAS) to support our sales team in introducing and promoting our innovative products to customers. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical and product expert, effectively communicating the scientific and practical benefits of our solutions to potential clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations and application insights tailored to customer needs.
  • Generate leads and business opportunities by visiting customers alongside the sales team, identifying customer’s potential demand, and driving product interest.
  • Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment of technical messaging with customer requirements.
  • Address technical inquiries from customers and provide solutions to enhance product adoption.
  • Participate in scientific conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote our technologies and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product improvements and innovation.
