Responsibilities 1. Provide technical training to distributor engineers and application specialists, conduct advanced troubleshooting, and evaluate service quality. 2. Support end users with instrument operation, workflow guidance, and POC molecular testing application training; provide Level 2 technical support. 3. Work with distributors to complete instrument installation, calibration, and verification, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues (remotely and on-site). 4. Localize and improve training materials, SOPs, and user manuals based on local language needs and usage scenarios. 5. Through on-site support and field visits, monitor instrument performance and testing quality; participate in EQA activities and data reporting. 6. Collect and relay issues raised by distributors and end users, producing structured reports to support product and R&D improvements. 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Molecular Biology, or a related field. 2. 3–5 years of technical support experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, or POC systems. 3. Experience training distributors; experience in West Africa or resource-limited settings is preferred. 4. Strong troubleshooting capability across hardware, reagents/consumables, and system-level issues. 5. Professional fluency in English and French as working languages, with strong cross-cultural communication skills. 6. Travel 50–70% . 7. Speaks French.
Responsibilities
Provide technical training, troubleshooting, and Level 2 support for molecular POCT devices to distributors and end users. Manage instrument installation, calibration, and the localization of training materials and SOPs.
