PURE Home River Property Management offers a Comprehensive Total Rewards Package of Benefits containing: * Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage * 401(k) plan with a 4% Instantly Vested Match * Generous Vacation and Sick time * Life and Disability Plans * Wellness Fitness Program * Employee Assistance Program Pay: $22 - $25/hr Pay Frequency: Biweekly Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week FLSA: Non-Exempt ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: INSPECTIONS & FIELD OPERATIONS * Complete Move Out Inspections (MOI), Quality Control (QC) inspections within SLA guidelines * Conduct vacant unit inspections and ensure properties are secured and maintained * Perform Turn/Rehab QC inspections to validate scope completion and quality PROPERTY ACCESS & SECURITY * Perform lockbox installations, smart lock rekeys, and manual rekeys/drill-outs as needed * Ensure all properties are properly secured and accessible for vendors and internal teams FIELD WORK & MUNICIPAL COORDINATION * Complete assigned Field Work requests, including: * Attending and documenting outcomes for housing authority and municipal inspections * Submitting required documentation and payments to municipalities, when needed.
