Hingerose Limited, based in Kettering, Northamptonshire, is the UK and Ireland partner for the Dosatron range of water powered injectors for accurate dosing of liquid additives proportionately into water without the need for electric power.
Established in 1979, we have over 45 years’ experience of the Dosatron in a diverse range of applications related to agricultural, horticultural, commercial and industrial market sectors.
Hingerose Limited is a small but driven and highly successful team looking for a person to join us in a new role and help further build on our successes.

JOB SUMMARY

This is a new role intended to help develop Hingerose business in higher value per unit industrial, water treatment and food & hygiene market sectors and will include the following activities:-

  • Help develop and grow our business in higher margin industrial, hygiene and water treatment sectors.
  • Specific responsibilities for introduction of new Dosatron products intended for these sectors.
  • Identify opportunities for adding value to the Hingerose product mix.

Working with and supporting both Hingerose and Dosatron personnel, this person will play a key part in increasing our business in these high margin sectors with lower price elasticity of demand and thereby helping increase Hingerose EBITDA.
This will be a field-based role and will include substantial travel across the UK, Republic of Ireland and visits to Europe.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Full driving licence
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. sales and marketing, engineering). We will consider applicants without a degree who have proven relevant experience.
  • GCSE maths or equivalent, including a strong understanding of ratios and percentages.

TRAVEL & WORK ARRANGEMENTS/REQUIREMENTS

Field based role, travelling across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Regular visits to Europe may also be required.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successful implementation of the Hingerose sales strategies developed together with Hingerose and Dosatron colleagues.
  • Contribute to development of sales plans, including introduction of new products.
  • Ensuring that Hingerose continues to provide excellent service and support to its customers.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of distributors and end user customers, ensuring reporting to the business and relevant stakeholders with regards to business activities and market developments including but not necessarily limited to general, sector specific, customer, supplier and competitor activities.
  • To represent the Hingerose business to customers, suppliers and other stakeholders including contact over the telephone, meetings and at various exhibitions.
  • Entertaining customers, suppliers and other stakeholders – this may include working outside office hours.
