Primary Goals/Objectives: • Support clinics local brand awareness and community involvement • Promote OE services and promotion • Drive lead generation with event contact capture • Represent the values and professionalism of OE as a brand ambassador. • To support field marketing needs and expand the program • Gather data and insights on event KPIs Responsibilities: • Research and identify local events, establish community collaborations, and networking opportunities aligned with company goals and target audiences. • Organize marketing materials, giveaways, signage, and event inventory to ensure readiness for all events. • Coordinate event logistics including registration, vendor communication, materials, staffing, scheduling, and setup requirements. • Attend community events, school events, and local outreach activities. • Set up and break down event booths, tables, signage, and promotional materials • Interact with parents, families, and community members in a professional and friendly manner and capture emails for marcom programs. • Promote company services and answer general questions. • Evaluate event performance through lead tracking, attendance, engagement, ROI, and post-event reporting. • Manage event documentation including budgets, invoices, permits, photos, and recap reports. • Maintain organization of event supplies and materials. • Work closely with the clinics team regarding upcoming events and schedules. • Ensure all events align with brand standards and company messaging. • Analyze and strategize efforts efficiently based on current clinic performance Requirements Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships through professional, approachable, and customer-focused interactions. Consistent availability to work evening and weekend hours and events. Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable standing for extended periods during events Must be able to perform event-related duties that require extended periods of standing, walking, and interacting with attendees.
