Do you have a passion for brand building and developing compelling B2B marketing programs to drive increased relevance and engagement with clients? We are now looking for a Field Brand and Marketing Lead, with a particular focus on the Finnish market.
Based in Helsinki, you will be part of a cross-Nordic team of 80+ dedicated brand, marketing and communications professionals.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • Strategic mindset and experienced with integration of business priorities into marketing plans - resulting in strong business impact
  • Experienced in activating marketing tactics in own, paid and shared media, leveraging opportunities in marketing automation and tracking digital behavior across the lifecycle, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Curious to leverage new MarTech and AI
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage and align diverse stakeholder interests effectively.
Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a marketing professional with expertise in brand positioning. Furthermore, you will build and execute 360 marketing campaigns towards specific target groups.
To thrive in the role, you need to enjoy working both on holistic brand strategy and being hands-on in delivering campaigns, events, and leadership profiling. Experience with content production with in-house creatives, external agencies, and alliances is a plus. You have a customer-first mindset, being aware of the importance of strong client and internal leadership relationships.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • Master’s degree in branding, marketing or equivalent
  • Proven track record of 10 years within marketing, brand building and / or communications
  • Excellent communication skills, speak and write fluently in English and Finnish
  • A growth and creative mindset, enjoying teamwork and being confident when recommending best practice to senior stakeholders
