The Field Calibration Technician provides on-site calibration and maintenance services ensuring customers' equipment is calibrated to the highest standards to help maintain accuracy and compliance. What You'll Do Perform calibration, maintenance, and minor repairs on handheld pipettes and instruments directly at customer sites. Provide hands-on training and support to customers, helping them get the most from their equipment and ensuring proper care and use. Accurately record calibration results, maintenance activities, and service details in line with company and regulatory standards. Manage your service appointments, travel to customer sites using a fully equipped company service truck to ensure efficient service. Collaborate with the entire service team to enhance processes, share insights, and elevate the customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of INTEGRA products, calibration procedures, and evolving industry standards. Requirements for the Role At least (1) year in field service, calibration, or technical support—ideally in a lab or life sciences setting. Experience with pipette calibration is a plus. Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements in the life sciences industry is valued. Comfortable using calibration software, digital tools, and diagnostic equipment. Being a problem-solver with the ability to quickly understand instruments, troubleshoot issues, and think through solutions. Able to explain technical information to customers in a way that strengthens the business relationship. Skills to manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional service without direct supervision. Willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory, with occasional travel outside the region when needed. Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. as part of equipment handling and service work. A valid driver’s license is required for operating the company service vehicle.
