JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee operations within our care home environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for senior care, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of service. This role involves supervising staff, implementing care plans, and maintaining effective communication with both the team and residents’ families.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a care home or senior care setting is essential.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with residents, families, and staff.
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between sites if necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support care staff in delivering exceptional care to residents.
  • Develop, implement, and review individual care plans in collaboration with the care team.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and ensure that all staff are trained accordingly.

  • Liaise with families to provide updates on resident well-being and address any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home.
