As a Field Care Supervisor, you will assess care packages, supervise a team of care staff, assist with coordinating staff rotas, and support the on-call service when needed. You will also have the chance to build relationships with care staff and clients, ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained.

This position would require a flexible approach due to the ever-changing environment of social care and be able to adapt quickly to change. Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £26,750per year depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the Care team
  • Prior to each service commencing, carry out with customers (and/or their chosen representatives) an assessment of what the client’s care needs are and risk assessment
  • Creating and managing Care Plans/Care Needs Assessments
  • Investigate matters relating to the quality of the service and implement improvements
  • Carryout Spot-checks and Face to face supervisions with carers
  • Support the continuous development and wellbeing of carers
  • Maintain proper customer care documentation
  • Carryout care assessments when and if required
  • Check the quality-of-care notes and identify any gaps for improvement
  • Assist with coordinating when required
  • Assist with on call when required
