JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee operations within our senior care facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents. This role requires effective communication, the ability to implement care plans, and experience in supervising staff within a care home environment. The Field Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere for both staff and residents.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the senior care sector is essential.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams.
  • Familiarity with IT systems used in care management is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs is preferred.
  • A valid driving licence is required for this position, as travel between locations may be necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations within the care home, ensuring adherence to established care plans.
  • Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families to address concerns and provide updates on resident care.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and ensure appropriate adjustments to care plans are made as necessary.
  • Drive initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency within the facility.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring that all staff are trained in best practices.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members to uphold the standards of care expected by our organisation.
