Your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered, maintained, and compliant with CQC standards. Key Tasks Quality Assurance: Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and appraisals of care workers in the community and introductions between clients and care professionals Assessment & Care Planning: Perform initial client assessments, develop, and regularly review person-centred care plans and assist with digital planning Staff Mentoring: Provide on-field support, instruction, and training to care staff Compliance: Ensure all services comply with health and safety regulations, CQC standards, and company policies Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and care staff On-Call: Participate in an out-of-hours emergency on-call rota Ideal Candidate Essential: Working toward a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent A valid Category B driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailable Proven experience in the care sector and experience with MAR sheets & medication in a supervisory role Knowledge and understanding of legislation & regulation specific to Health & Social Care including confidentiality, Equal Opportunities and GDPR Confident in care management technology including providing support and training to Care Professionals You have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer any form of Sponsorship) Excellent communication skills Desirable: Level 4 English and IT literate Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients allowing them to continue to live in their own homes Resilient, reliable, proactive with a can-do attitude with good communication skills and the ability to build a rapport DBS on the Update Service Support with Scheduling when required Additional Information What happens next?
