OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team in the senior care sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for improving the quality of life for our residents. As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of care homes, ensuring that our care plans are implemented effectively and that all staff members are supported in their roles. Your ability to communicate clearly and drive excellence within your team will be essential to our success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in senior care or a similar field, with a strong understanding of care home operations.
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with IT systems related to care management is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing care plans and documentation.
  • A compassionate approach towards residents and a commitment to enhancing their quality of life.
    Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: From £13.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 39 per week
