As a Field Care Supervisor at Right at Home Mid Sussex, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This position is essential for ensuring that our CareGivers are supported and equipped to provide compassionate care, contributing to the overall well-being of those we serve.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years experience within the home care or residential care sector.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and staff.
• Level 3 or above qualification in Health and Social Care
• Regular shift pattern which will include weekend working
• A genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
• Resident in local area
