JOB PURPOSE

To oversee and support the care delivery team in the community, ensuring high standards of care are maintained and that clients’ needs are met in accordance with their care plans. The role bridges office-based management with front-line care delivery, ensuring smooth service provision even in challenging situations.

SHIFT COVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cover care visits personally in the event of last-minute cancellations, emergencies, or staff shortages, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Maintain readiness to step in as a carer when necessary to avoid service disruption.
