Position Overview The position of Field & Channel Marketing Manager for India is essential to ensure efficient ongoing marketing and operational support of the corporate sales and channel sales strategy in India. Responsibilities Planning and organizing offline and online marketing events (tradeshows, conferences, lunch & learns, webinars, virtual events) with Netwrix distributors and their resellers in India or just under the Netwrix brand by collaborating with sales, channel sales, product marketing, design, and other teams. Planning and launching efficient digital marketing campaigns with Netwrix distributors and their resellers in India or just under the Netwrix brand by collaborating with sales, channel sales, product marketing, email marketing, PPC and social media marketing. Managing the marketing budget for India that will cover field and channel offline and digital events and campaigns as well as partner enablement initiatives. Maintaining efficient marketing plans with nationwide, regional and local India distributors and resellers by establishing efficient and regular communication with partner marketing and sales teams to ensure ROI on marketing investment. Tracking and analyzing ROI for conducted partner marketing and field marketing activities (pipeline, bookings) via business intelligence platforms like PowerBI and Salesforce dashboards and adjusting processes and approaches where needed to ensure ROI on the marketing investment in India. Assisting in continuously streamlining partner marketing and field marketing operations in India. Qualifications 3+ year of successful confirmed marketing experience. Confirmed portfolio of delivered successful customer-facing events and tradeshows, including managing all pre- and post- event communications as well as the on-site experience and logistics. Experience of working in IT / cybersecurity vendor is highly preferred. Experience of working with partners (distributors, resellers, MSPs) is preferred. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with different international teams. Meeting deadlines and keeping up, making decisions quickly. Be agile and not afraid to take the initiative. Responsibilities
